 The Novelty Shoppe is an FCS Services LLC Company

Returns: 

Most items can be returned or exchanged within 30 Days of delivery. No refunds or exchanges on custom orders unless there is an error on our part. Items must be returned in the same condition they were received for full refund.
 

Some items may not be available for exchange due to out of stock or discontinued. If an item is no longer available then your original method of payment will be refunded.

Shipping Charges to and from the Novelty Shoppe are not refundable.

Return your package with tracking is highly recommended. Lost packages with no tracking will not be refunded.

We accept the following payments: Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover, & Paypal.


We collect 6% sales tax on orders within Michigan.

Pay in Store / Pick up in Store

If your in the Adrian area you can choose to pick up and/or pay for you order in store during checkout. Orders not  paid for within two weeks will be canceled and returned to stock. 

Paid orders not picked up within 30 days of purchase will be canceled and returned to stock. Any payments made will be refunded in the original form of payment.
